Delivered on this introductory level course will be the basics skills required to strip down and rebuild a section of field wall.
As a 'hands on course' be prepared for some hard work!
There will also be an opportunity to discuss with the tutor the historical and regional wall types, techniques and designs along with the opportunity to learn about the history, geology and wildlife value of walls.
Additional Information
As this course is purely outdoors there is a need to provide plenty of warm clothing and advisable for a full change of clothes in case of wet weather, strong/sturdy boots and full waterproofs. Also consider sun tan lotion in case the weather is bright! Plenty of drinks and refreshments along with a packed lunch are essential as there are no catering facilities nearby.
Progression
