2. Course description If you are interested in digital photography but are confused by the camera operating manual then this course is for you. An intensive ten week course covering everything that you will need to know to enable you to take better photographs using a DSLR. You will learn about the basic principles of digital photography and how to maximise the features and functions on these amazing cameras.

Equipment required You should bring your own camera with you as well as a cable to connect it to a PC and a memory card or stick. You may also wish to bring with you some small change for tea/coffee refreshments.   5. Assessment method Assessment is informal, based on your personal targets and the learning outcomes and will be undertaken regularly with you by the course tutor.
