Cardiff are very friendly and helpful; because there are a lot of students and you can share a great experience; because the university is organised.

What I would highlight:
It just enables you to study solving a lot of practical problems, and you will meet so many international students! Tuition fees (even outside Erasmus programme) are not so high, and the city is neither too small.

The courses are very informative and easy to follow.
The support that I have received when I had issues logging into courses was excellent. Sharna who was dealing with my issues was always very prompt in replying back to me.

Ben was accommodating when I booked my course, the materials were rich and suited every style of learning. I studied while working full time and this course made it easy to do. I will surely come back and would recommend it.

I have just completed the Pilates Diploma and have to say I was extremely happy with the breakdown and questions. All of the modules were clear and straightforward. Nothing baffling or scary. After submitting each module, I was kept updated with my grades and progress.

What I would highlight:
It started with a Super Learner course which was really helpful in helping me plan and organise how to study, it also helped get me in the right mindset. Good experience. The Reflexology Diploma was challenging, but I was so glad I bought the hard copy manual as it helped me re-read as I prepared my answers.

What I would highlight:
I ordered the book accompanying the course as an excellent aide memoire/keepsake.
The great thing about accessing the course this way is that you can take as long as you need to study each module and the resources will remain available until you've passed.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful if you have a query. The course layout is excellent and easy to follow and there are tutors available to assist should you need them. I am unable to comment about them as I have not had to use the tutors as yet.

As for staff, the person who dealt with my issue did so with respect for my concerns and (more importantly) options in case the first round of trying to fix the issue didn't work. I'm not one who likes to go back and forth with customer service.

I would recommend to all. I faced an issue with redeeming a voucher, sent an email and within less than half an hour got a response back from Sharna who had sorted the issue out! Great service from the email team!
