By studying this course you will be able to demonstrate that you hold in-depth knowledge of what it takes to manage and lead a superior team of early years’ practitioners. You will also be able to demonstrate that you know what it takes to give care that is to the highest standards as outlined in the EYFS. (The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is a curriculum framework that has been compulsory in all child care settings in the UK since 2008 as stipulated by the Child Care Act 2006.)

Our Early Years Level 4 course is perfect for existing Early Years Practitioners who are looking to take their knowledge in childcare to a higher level. This course is particularly suited to those wishing to set up their Child Care business, and for those wishing to work in a supervisory or management-level position in the Early Years environment.

· What are the objectives of this course?

On this course you will: Develop the knowledge and understanding of how to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and manage all aspects of children’s learning and development from birth to the age of 5. Go into depth to provide a sound knowledge of crucial aspects within a childcare environment for management and senior level members of staff including safeguarding, managing a team, professional partnerships and how to work to the highest standards within early years. This Level 4 course in Early Years will provide you with a comprehensive insight into the main areas of early year's childcare.

· Who is it intended for?

This Early Years Level 4 qualification is perfect for early years’ practitioners already working in the child care sector. Early Years’ practitioners who are looking to further their study will increase their understanding of Early Year's and be able to provide a higher quality of care for children and young people.

You don't need any prior skills in the subject area to start this course.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course).

What I would highlight: My son owns a garden maintenance business so took this course to help him as well as give me an interest. The noble man on the flip side of the telephone was so kind and patient with me and I am currently 3 weeks in addition to into the course and will presumably make my son stormed with my thoughts yet I'm truly appreciating the entire experience.
What could be improved: I cannot describe this course with any negative words.

Interior Design Level 3

What I would highlight: I am not the most PC educated but rather truly need to be an Interior designer. This course suited me exceptionally well and now doing another course in business. The Tutor was hard to get hold of at first yet a call to a person at the school settled that.
What could be improved: No negative comments.

What I would highlight: As I am close to the end of course, I reached Grant(I consequently get put through to Grant now. This aides as its consistent as he probably is aware where I'm up to with my considering and my new focus) to request counsel on the following course to do. He again completely prompted me and ideally one week from now I will select on my next course.

Unit 1: Supporting the Emotional and Physical Well-being of Children
