Do you want to take your career in Early Years to the next level? We've designed this course for Early Years professionals who are already qualified at Level 3. Typically you'll have one to two years' experience working with young children and feel ready to take the next step in your career.

Encouraging children to learn through experience and creating a secure environment will be your main responsibilities. You'll learn how to develop young children's curiosity alongside teaching them practical skills.

Working as a practitioner you'll already have experience and the necessary personal attributes for working with children. You'll leave Bucks with a more in-depth understanding of how your role can help a child reach their full potential.
