Course programme
Hands on cookery and baking class where we'll teach you to make hot cross scones, Easter nest cupcakes, mini simnel loaves with fresh flowers, Easter Biscuits. We'll cover baking techniques such as creaming, rubbing in and cake decorating.
All the food will be taken home to share with friends and family at Easter. A light lunch will be served. All aprons, ingredients, utensils and suitable containers to take your goodies home in will be provided
