Course programme

This programme is for students who wish to gain ‘real life’ performance and backstage skills needed to support a wide range of productions. The course is delivered in partnership with the New Theatre Royal and offers expert training in both the theatre and at the college. Students will learn a diverse range of performance and technical skills relevant to industry.
In year 1 you will gain the Level 3 90 credit diploma in Performing Arts and In Year 2 you will gain the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts.
You will learn in a variety of ways, including demonstrations, performances, skills workshops and formal lessons. Assessment will be via portfolios, written work and performances. You will be assessed both at Highbury College and the New Theatre Royal.
