About this course
As a doctoral student of educational administration and supervision, you’ll do a deep dive into the concepts of educational leadership on a district and state level, as well as educational methodology, psychological research, theory of educational administration, and more. You’ll work closely with faculty members who have real-world experience as superintendents and educational administrators.
You’ll also learn:

Course programme
The doctoral degree program with a major in educational administration and supervision consists of a minimum of 90 semester hours of graduate credit. Forty-eight semester hours must be completed at Ball State. A master's degree is required.
In addition to a two-semester, supervised internship, you will also complete a cognate and a dissertation on a committee-approved topic
