Educational Leadership for Professional Practice

This module intends to expand students' leadership development through focused enquiry within their educational sphere of practice.

You will have the opportunity to critically examine local, national and international policy. This will develop and inform the internal and external drivers within educational delivery that both enlighten and actively contribute to professional care practices.

This will provide you with a platform for enhancement of your current students' learning experiences within the Higher Education/National Health Service/Social Care interface through the dissemination of shared knowledge and vision that will inform and impact on enhanced team performance, creativity and innovation. Students will also be encouraged to develop and contribute to the establishment of an inter-professional educational network to ensure dissemination of good educational practice.

Seminars, tutorials, presentations, workshops and online forum activities will be used to facilitate the learning and teaching process.
