This programme is designed for people from a range of backgrounds and at different stages in their careers. Principals, headteachers, teachers, lecturers, educational administrators are among those who have previously gained the degree. The taught component of the MEd Educational Studies is the same as for its companion degree programme, the MSc Educational Studies. However, the intended learning outcomes corresponding to the respective dissertations differ - the MEd dissertation requires a focus on, or consideration of, professional contexts and practices.
