Aims

To provide an understanding of the meaning and relevance of assertive behaviour.

Description

This course is designed for members of staff at junior to middle levels in their organisation who need to develop their assertiveness skills in order to maximise effectiveness. It will help them be more effective in the workplace by building confidence and giving them the neccessary knowledge to apply the skills and techniques. Those who feel they respond aggressively to situations and would appreciate learning how to handle their responses assertively would find the day extremely useful.
