This half day programme will explore the key processes for effective assessment planning in the work place and ensuring provision of a quality audit trail.

Target group: Practising assessors and verifiers and those in training.

• Holistic approach
• Developing realistic plans for assessment
• Planning the process with learners and others
• Working with others in the assessment process
• Giving learners feedback on their performance
• Reviewing the learners level of competence
• Providing a quality audit trail for assessment
• Looking at and identifying documentation requirements

Methods Used:

Delegates are encouraged to bring examples of assessment
plans or related documentation for discussion to the event.
