Introduction:
Effective Working Relationships is one unit of the Administration Certificate (NVQ Level 2). It can be studied as a stand alone unit in its own right, or alongside four other units to achieve tbe full Level 2 Administration Certificate qualification.

Study Mode & Location:
This 30 week part-time course lasts for 1.5 hours per week and will be held at the following community venues:

• Bamber Bridge Learning Centre.
• Broughton Learning Centre (at Broughton Business & Enterprise College).
• Preston North End Learning Centre.

Course Content:
This course will enable you to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with colleagues in the workplace. You will also gain an understanding of the way in which teams operate within the workplace.

Assessment:
This course is internally assessed and externally moderated.

Careers & Progression Opportunities:
Successful completion of this course may allow progression to higher level courses, or to the full NVQ Level 2 in Administration Certificate.

How To Apply
You will need to have an informal interview with a Adult Admissions Adviser.
Many courses have limited places so please enquire as soon as possible. Following interview, the earliest you may enrol is mid-June.

Depending upon your circumstances, you may be able to study for FREE or at a reduced price.
