Course Description
This unitised course is in line with the new SQA national framework. The course is intended for suitably qualified applicants aspiring to be Technician Engineers in Electrical Engineering. Course leads to the award of: HNC Engineering Electrical.

Preferred Entry Requirements
An appropriate NC in Electrical Engineering OR other equivalent qualifications. Entry by informal interview. (This course is not suitable for those with only Higher Grade qualifications.)

Course Content
Electrical Principles Computing in Engineering Industrial Studies. Optional subjects: Electrical Plant Installation Electronics.
