Electronic Fault Finding
Aim:
To understand the concept of electronic fault finding, designing and implementing a fault location strategy, practical understanding of electronic fault finding.

Length of Study:
18 weeks with tutor support.

Entry Requirements:
Candidates should have basic electronic construction and testing skills such as reading circuit diagrams, identifying components, simulating, constructing and testing circuits.

Contents:
On completion of this unit the candidate should be able to: Explain the Techniques of Fault Diagnosis in Electronic Circuits and Systems, Implement a Fault Location Strategy in an Electronic System. Locate Faults to Component Level in Digital and Analogue Circuits.
