This course covers both popular and experimental forms of electronic music. It looks at ways of using computers and electronics to create, produce and perform a wide variety of music – so whether you are a composer/songwriter, a producer, a remixer, a noise artist or an instrumentalist who works with technology: this course may well be for you.
You will learn about music theory, songwriting and composition, creating your own software tools, music production, performance and contemporary digital arts practice. Option modules allow you to further specialise in areas such as music business, electronics or sound design.
