Elite Physical are military fitness specialists providing professional fitness training throughout the UK. Our services include personal training, group training, boot camp and many other professional fitness services based in Norwich, Cambridge, Huntingdon and surrounding areas. Our fitness programmes enable people of all ages and abilities to take part in fun physical training sessions and outdoor activities. Our fitness instructors are all from a military background in particular the elite forces; they also hold highly recognised commercial fitness qualifications such as personal training qualifications allowing people to experience an effective and enjoyable way to keep fit. We believe you are the main priority and ensure you are both enjoying and benefiting from your chosen fitness session whether personal training, group training, boot camp, corporate activities or outdoor activities.

History

Our group training sessions provide you with an enjoyable training environment where you can train with friends, family and like minded people. Based on military style fitness regimes, the sessions are structured to ensure all abilities gain a beneficial workout meeting your fitness goals whether they are to increase fitness, lose weight or just to enhance your current lifestyle. Sessions are mainly held outdoors in local parks within the Norwich, Cambridge and Huntingdon area, which in itself provides an excellent training location even in the middle of winter. Our Norwich sessions are held every Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm and every Friday at 6.30am, when you subscribe you are free to attend as many sessions as you like. Our Tuesday & Thursday sessions will be based on military type training including circuits and other fun fitness orientated activities ensuring you and your friends enjoy your fitness experience whilst also boosting your fitness levels.
