What I would highlight:
Online distance learning course. I was able to complete this course even though I am working in Afghanistan at my own pace. The assistance provided by the tutor was ready available and extremely helpful. I could pace the speed at which I studied and learnt, all course information and requirements could be found through the internet and via the smart sheet created for the course.
What could be improved:
No problems at all. If any thing could be mentioned, it would be the time difference between where I was and where the tutor was: 4 and a half hours. This being said, the tutor answered all my email and queries and provided the assistance required for me to pass this training and course.

What I would highlight:
I believe the course was excellent value for money. The instructions and guidance were second to none. If I encountered anything I found confusing or difficult, There was a tutor at the end of a phone to give me guidance and direction. I have studied with many providers but I will only use ELN in the future
What could be improved:
I do not believe that the course could be improved. I can think of nothing that I would change.

All our staff training and development is carried out by ELN. They have always offered an extraordinary service, despite the very reasonable prices! I would highly recommend this Level 3 Award.

What I would highlight:
ELN helped me to combine my studies with my occupational time; hence, ELN is the perfect help for professional development. They provided information, materials and guidance needed for the course. My tutor was really quick when answering my questions and doubts and proved to be very patient by providing me with exceptional solutions.

What I would highlight:
I felt motivated through the whole course. Because no pressure was placed upon me, I was able to decide how much time I would focus on each separate module. Thanks to it the experience was really enjoyable. Now I am starting my second course with ELN. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
