In the first year, EMBA students master the fundamentals of business. The curriculum focuses on decision-making, strategy, and quantitative analysis, all within the context of globalization and international affairs.

EMBA students tailor their MBA programs and complete advanced business courses during their second year. In the final semester, students participate in the Global Capstone Residency during which they study the impact of globalization at the national, industry, and firm levels. They also implement a real-world consultancy project in their preferred global location, focusing on an industry and issue of their choice.
