EMBODIED PRESENCING
~ the applied art & science of embodying Presencing ~

THE MOST VALUABLE resources we have today are our mind, heart and body. Not all of us take the time each day, nor are we trained in the capacity to look at our minds, feel into our emotion and listen to our bodies and then to align our actions harmoniously. The speed and pressures of our daily work and family life can rob us of a fundamental sense of well-being and presence, demand more of our attention and energy, thereby heightening the need to deepen into our own sense of fundamental health & balance. This could be called “connecting to Source” or Presencing.

THIS INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP uses Theory U to explore how to tap into the Source. Participants embody four unique movements to experience Individual Presence, Relational Presence, Social Presence & Field Presence. This solo and group movement constellation work can be applied to gain insight into simple & complex questions & situations relating to self, relationships, groups and organisations, society & eco-systems, to move ‘stuck’ energy, and to find inspiration for new innovations …

This practice of the work of Otto Scharmer and Arawana Hayashi (Co-Founders of Presencing Institute, MIT) will be facilitated by Darshita Gillies.
