The new Emergency First Aid at Work course was introduced by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) on October 1st 2009.
The 6 Hour Emergency First Aid course is suitable for staff training on your own premises. A certificate, valid for three years and recognised by the Health & Safety Executive, is awarded to each candidate.

Assess the situation and circumstances in order to act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency

Demonstrate how to administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to a casualty who is unconscious and / or in seizure;

Demonstrate how to administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to a casualty who is wounded or bleeding and or / in shock

Administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to a casualty who is choking or suffering from Anaphylaxis
