Course review:
Emergency First Aid at Work is an HSE Approved 1 day course that complies with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Approved Code of Practice L74 guidelines for qualifications of workplace First Aiders.
This course provides candidates with a basic training in first aid. The course is a cost effective way of training groups of people, without taking up too much of their work time. The course is ideal as a first aid refresher or as supplementary first aid training in the workplace.

- Fears of First Aid
- Initial Assessment
- Recovery Position
- Chain of Survival
- Shock
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Adult Choking
- Bleeding
- Spinal Injury
- Wounds & Dressings
- Burns & Scalds
- Anaphylactic Shock
- Epilepsy
On successful completion of the course and final assessment, the delegate will receive the HSE Approved, nationally recognised, Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate plus a wallet sized card. This is valid for three years.
