To provide training that brings people in line with current HSE First Aid regulations and allow them to act as Emergency First Aiders in the workplace. Suitable for: any person who may previously have undertaken the Appointed Person in the workplace course and any person who may be required to give first aid to a casualty. Ideal for small shops and offices or for larger organisations who require additional first aiders on site.

Course programme

This 1 day Emergency First Aid in the Workplace complies with the changes made for the requirements of Trained First Aiders in the workplace from October 1st 2009.

Candidates shall receive an Emergency First Aid in the Workplace certificate valid for 3 years (candidates are required to undertake annual update training as per HSE guidelines)

The course takes six hourse to deliver excluding meal and break times. So Candidates should allow 7 hours for their course to be completed.
