The Employability Skills for Construction, Level 1, will introduce you to a number of trades, from carpentry and joinery to brickwork and painting & decorating. You will try your hand at a range of techniques and form a strong basis of skills and knowledge that can be used to help you go onto further education or employment in your chosen industry. Entry requirements There are no formal entry requirements.  You will need to have an interest in the construction industry and be prepared to undertake an entry assessment during your interview.
