Starting at Level 1 courses for 14-16 year olds, through Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeships to skill enhancement programmes, our NVQ and technical certificate programmes can be tailored to an individual's needs.

Course Units
NVQ Level 1:
This NVQ is based in the workshop. You learn how to work safely as well as hand fitting, machining or basic electrical skills. Industrial Applications

Engineering Apprenticeship:
Usually attending College one day per week this course consists of:
· NVQ Level 2 (6 workshop units, entitled Performing Engineering Operations)
· Technical Certificate - Intermediate Certificate in Engineering
· Employment Responsibilities and Rights
· Key Skills at Level 1
Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship:
· NVQ Level 2 (8 workshop units from Performing Engineering Operations)
· NVQ Level 3 in a work related field
· Technical Certificate - Advanced Diploma in Engineering
· Employment Responsibilities and Rights
· Key Skills at Level 2
Tuition Fees(Cost) All training is free to the apprentice
