The principal aim of the Programme is to provide a programme of study at Honours Degree level, which will produce graduate physicists with a knowledge of applied physics and of one or more areas of engineering appropriate to the needs of the employment sector requiring graduates who combine a balance of
generic skills, a broad scientific base and a technical bias.
Students who would like to pursue an undergraduate level degree in engineering physics.

Course programme
- The key studies are in basic and applied physics, strengthened by engineering subjects and computational physics. Supporting subjects include those in languages, computing, mathematics and management. Optoelectronics are the key areas of the Engineering component.
