Environmental protection has rapidly become one of the fastest-expanding areas of law and policy for countries worldwide. As public and private sectors are subject to growing environmental obligations and an increasingly complex web of regulatory requirements, there could not be a more crucial time to study environmental law.
Our Environmental Law LLM provides you with the necessary legal background and key insights to navigate into this growing area of the law. You study both theoretical issues and practical ‘law in action’, preparing your for your future career.

You should normally have an upper second-class (2.1) undergraduate honours degree or above.
