Equine Sports Medicine And Science

Which conditioning programmess are best for different disciplines and body types? Do you know what happens to the horse physically with a given training schedule and what is required of his various systems? You should be asking yourself these questions and many more if you work in any equine profession!

Course modules include: coverage of the cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular systems; energy production; thermoregulation and conditioning programmes.

The material will be covered through lecture, classroom exercises, hands-on practicals, plenty of Q and A and observation of demo riders.
