Our distance learning EU Competition Law programme is particularly suited for practising lawyers, and regulators or if you have a specific need for knowledge in this area. Through the course you will gain an understanding of the substantive rules of EU Competition Law and the procedural framework in which they operate. This programme is almost exclusively studied by professionals alongside their full work commitments.
Please note that the MA (second year) is only available for application once the Postgraduate Diploma has been completed at Merit level.

Courses are divided into modules. You will normally take:
• PG Diploma – modules totalling 120 credits
• MA – modules totalling 180 credits.
