All learning is based on CD-ROM materials which means that you can learn at your own pace through a combination of self-paced learning and tutor support or open learning.
COURSE CONTENT
A selection of core units includes:
Each of the 7 modules is assessed and on successful completion of all tests results in the award of the European Computer Driving Licence by the British Computer Society.
The college also operates an assessment only service for clients not wishing tuition. Courses are available in the college during the day, in the evening, on Saturdays and on an outreach basis.
The College also offers (subject to funding) an ECDL course that is supported by the European Social Fund.
This is offered 2 days a week for 19 weeks from
9.30am - 3.45pm.
Travel and Childcare allowances may be available without affecting your current benefit.
