Evaluation is a useful activity which helps an individual to keep honest with his efforts and reveals holes in his plans. By evaluating our goals we will be able to make better judgment concerned with our capabilities and available opportunities.
Setting goals is essential, but it is only the first step, to effectively reach the goals, you have to persistently evaluate them to check whether they are valuable and whether you have chosen the right track to reach the goals.
A person cannot achieve his goals without a plan and after creating a workable plan, he has to evaluate his goals to ensure that those goals are worthwhile.
The unit examines how to indentify goals and what are the visualization techniques; it also describes how to deal with setbacks including a look at prioritizing tools, the action planning and support systems
