Finance for non-financial managers is an introductory course in corporate finance, based on the idea that accounting pieces of information are crucial in representing business and financial position of the company. The contents were thought to provide the participants a first contact with the lexicon of finance and how the financial statements can be used in the daily management activities and investment decisions.

With a total duration of 30 hours spread over 5 days, the course offers a tour around 7 themes - (1) the company and the strategy from the perspective of finance; (2) financial accounting and (3) financial analysis; (4) planning, budget control and (5) cost analysis for decision making; (6) investment decisions; and (7) financial management - enabling managers with an undeniable practical utility tool for analysis and decision making.
