Methodology
The open-programme provides each delegate with time-phased learning for gradual skill development. This encompasses animated corporate training, experiential development and practical application of the tools in the working environment along with one to one pre-programme and post-programme coaching. Two Training Instructors deliver the programme, which allows for the integration of video-based coaching of corporate presentations made by the delegates during each module. A 360° survey and evaluation is also conducted under the supervision of each delegate in order to identify the current executive image and specific areas for development. The Executive Headway modules also include unique and copyrighted human relations principles. Accountability and monitoring are integral elements of the programme, which promote immediate results and measurable progress.
Since our specialist field is Neuro-Linguistic Programming in business, we also incorporate a low level of NLP in this programme. Whilst our INLPTA NLP Business Certification programmes will extensively explore the science and theory of this discipline and how to apply it in the workplace, the Executive Headway programme will occasionally discuss the art of NLP, employing a select amount of techniques and principles from the INLPTA NLP syllabus, when appropriate, in the delivery of each module.
