Course review:

In this workshop we will explore the use of hand stiching to produce two samples. The first will be a sample of texture inspired by amethyst quartz using one less well known stitch, sorbello, with a range of threads. We will look at using colour to integrate and blend. The second sample will explore the use of hand stitching to create a sense of movement. We will use a variety of commonly known stitches with some less well known variations, to produce a sample inspired by waves.
