Overview
It has been estimated that around £100 million is lost annually to UK exporters in direct costs as a result of missing or incorrect documentation and contractual procedures. Documents are involved in every aspect of the export transaction.
It examines the commercial, official and transport documents and looks at how they are used and the costs of obtaining certain documents. The legal requirements of overseas countries are also explained.
