Expressing Confidence

Would you like to appear confident? Would you like to make a positive impact in your everyday life? Would you like a place to break the usual rules and learn a combination of NLP and Acting Techniques to use your body, voice and mind to improve your confidence?

You can't help communicating even before you have uttered your first word people have formed an impression of you. The way you carry your body says a lot about your internal thoughts and feelings, are you aware about what your body language is saying about you at the moment?

Have you ever noticed when certain people talk, people listen?

This workshop encourages you to be true to yourself and develop your own style, impact and presence.

You will be encouraged to push your comfort zone and try out different techniques in a safe, supportive environment with lots of positive feedback.

Please dress in loose comfortable clothes for the day

Nicky Kriel, who will be teaching you to help change your state and beliefs about confidence as an experience NLP Practitioner.
