This course is for anyone interested in taking their first steps towards a career in Health and Social Care. BTECs are vocationally related qualifications, where learners develop knowledge and understanding by applying their learning and skills in a work-related context. They engage learners to take responsibility for their own learning and to develop skills that are essential for the modern workplace including: team working; following instructions; working to deadlines; presenting information effectively and accurately completing tasks. This course will motivate learners in their Health and Social Care ambitions to pursue further study and responsibility within the workplace.

About this course
You should have two GCSEs at Grade D or above or a relevant Level 1 Qualification and Function Skills in English at Level 1 plus good communication skills. DBS clearance and references required.
