Our Training Team have over 40 years experience within the recruitment business and training sectors and we provide a range of services like no other. We offer our Clients a fully comprehensive range of training services across the Health and Social Care sector including all mandatory courses, as well as more condition specific courses and accredited training options.

How do we achieve this and what makes us any different from other training companies?

The level of training we offer is achieved with our trainers assessing each individuals needs and ensuring the learner takes an active role in each course and is not over powered by power point or information overload. Our trainers gain involvement of candidates by using the following methods;

Discussion forums - learners are encouraged to discuss their experiences in the work place and see how their training will aid them and the service user in their everyday role.

- Role play - to assist the learner putting the training into practice.

- Group activities - group activities designed to encourage learner participation and to allow the trainer to target differing learning abilities.

- Supporting material - all courses come with supporting hand outs to allow learners to reference the course.

- Bespoke - we understand that no two care environments are the same and will tailor the course to your needs.

Fairway Training has worked closely and comprehensively with a number of private and voluntary organisations and local authorities across the country, having become a preferred training provider for many. We are delighted to be able to offer an extensive portfolio of courses either on site or utilising our fully equipped training centre situated in the very heart of the West Midlands for ultimate convenience. We offer training to both organisations as a whole, as well as to individuals. We are located at ; Suite 1 & 2, 4 Mitre Court Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield B74 2LZ

Fairway Training cover over 65 different courses and can cater for any number from 1 to 12 delegates in any one course or series of courses.

Our pricing structure is based on flexibility and value for money, therefore our training suite is completely free of charge should you have multi site locations where it is easier to pull staff together centrally. Alternatively, we will provide a trainer at your chosen venue.

You may have individuals or very small numbers of people requiring training; again we can cater for this at a sensible and reasonable price. May I take this opportunity to highlight some of the courses we can offer now with special offers to enable us to showcase the quality of the courses and our trainers, Safe Guarding of Vulnerable Adults, Epilepsy Awareness, Equality & Diversity and Dementia are very popular in the current climate plus we have many others including CIEH accredited courses and First Aid courses from Paediatric First Aid to First Aid at Work.
