The Master in Fashion Design welcomes students with an Honours Degree in Fashion Design and designers operating in the sector who feel the need to improve and/or update according to contemporary approaches of research and design. To gain access to the course it is essential to know well the techniques of Fashion Design: modelling and tailoring, technical drawing, Photoshop e Illustrator.

      We are in a continuous evolution but towards where are we moving, how are we doing it, and which are the tools used and will be used in the next future is known by few. By studying social phenomena and processes, it is possible to anticipate actions and analyze how they are applied in the fashion world; discover what different future scenarios changes will transform the relationship between people and products.

    • Methodology of Project Development

      The course proposes an update on contemporary methodology for an integrated development process of a creative product and leads to the adoption of results to a valid Design concept.

      With an overview on Social, E-Commerce and E-mail marketing the course provides students with insight and knowledge on marketing their own business, building their brand and engaging with customers using creative online marketing strategies, digital advertising and creative content creation.

      The focus is clearly defined by the gender peculiarities that will be respected while visioning and developing an apparel that corresponds to the brief.

Additional information

Through a modular training, the Master deals with subjects design to align and implement the students’ basic skills. The course will concentrate on technological teachings workshops in parallel with cultural insights that highlight the historical and sociological aspects necessary to develop a fashion project.


Throughout the study path, students will also develop managerial skills: predisposition to teamwork, communication skills and collaboration with the various sectors and manufacturers of fabrics and clothing.
The course deals with different issues: conception and vision, research, design sketches, colours, materials, evaluation of the economic feasibility, prototyping, presentation and story collection.
The student explores the culture of contemporary fashion by studying the ideas and the work of the icons that have influenced the more recent history of costume and those designers who are dictating the trends of taste, style and the market for the foreseeable future.
Students will examine social phenomena and processes of the international fashion world trying to figure out how the future scenarios will change in the relationship between people and product.


The Master ends in a Final Project aimed at checking the skills acquired.
