This Foundation Degree is ideal for individuals who aspire to managerial roles or who have recently been promoted into such a position and would like to achieve CIH chartered status*.
This course is delivered in partnership with Wrexham Glyndŵr University.

Course programme

This course is delivered over 24 days of study (9am-4pm) over the course of a year if you have completed the Level 4 Certificate in the Housing Profession, which grants advanced standing for 60 Level 4 credits and you have a successful RPL/RPEL application from Glyndŵr University for the remaining 60 Level 4 credits.


Employment within the sector and a Level 4 housing qualification. A pre-course interview will be required.

The course cost is £4,500 (however you could be eligible for funding assistance via student loans (from £2,625) plus up to £1,875 via Skills for Industry funding.)
