2. Course description Film is a major contemporary art form. Students build on the knowledge that Film students have developed informally since childhood. The course includes the study of British and American cinema and world cinema. The course covers aspects of film form, the Film industry in both the UK and USA, issues of representation in Film, World cinema and documentary.
