Our MSc Finance is an intensive full-time one year programme. It has earned an outstanding reputation in industry, during the 10 years it has been running, for its combination of academic excellence and real-world problem solving.

The MSc Finance programme has become the first London taught programme to be both designated as a Centre of Excellence for Finance by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and awarded partner programme status by the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Current Imperial College Business School MSc Finance students and future graduates will benefit from exemption from the CISI's examinations. Once they have become members of the CISI and passed its online Integrity & Ethics course they can apply for exemption from the SII Diploma. This is the second highest award the CISI offers.

The MSc Finance is one of only nine programmes in the UK to have CFA Institute partner status, giving graduates a head start with employers, as well as with the internationally recognized CFA qualification, because 70 per cent of the CFA qualification body of knowledge is contained in the curriculum. Graduates who wish to become Chartered Accountants can also gain exemption from one specific ACA Professional Stage exam.
