  • How to create benefit for himself and others, to apply acquired knowledge and practical skills to rate the value of property, business and ideas, to solve of other value tasks and problems, useful to person, business, nation, and to use the achievements of modern fundamental and applied researches in the field of value engineering applying all in his practical work.
