Course programme
The new legislation The Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 which came into effect on 15 November 2010 requires that almost all workplaces undertake a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment. This course allows companies to keep employees aware of all the key information regarding fire safety in the workplace.
By the end of this course delegates will have a clear understanding of the following:

· Fire classification and the use of extinguishers on different types of fires
· The correct action to take on discovering a fire and how to raise the alarm
· The means of escape and the way people might react
