First Aid – The aim of the emergency first aid course is to introduce candidates to practical life saving skills and an awareness of how to deal with an emergency situation. This is both a theory and practical based course and gives the candidates an opportunity to undertake techniques in dealing with accidents and emergencies involving adults, such as cardiac arrest, choking shock, burn and significant blood loss.
