Course aims

This course refreshes and updates First Aid Skills. It is run for those people who need to revalidate their statutory FAAW (4 day course) certifi cate.
The course compliments candidates existing skills with any updated procedures and tips for managing emergencies within the work place effectively.
The course focuses on the practical rather than the theoretical knowledge as fi rst aid is about doing not seeing.
*This course must be completed before the FAAW certificate expires.

Course information
Candidates will be assessed using multiple choice question paper and have a practical assessment on resuscitation, unconscious casualty management and incident management.
