Our team members have extensive experience in each of their fields, whether you are training with us for a standard induction course or have joined us for one of our many NVQ qualifications, you can be sure we will have consulted with you in advance to find out just what your needs are and how we can accommodate you.

Our Assessors do not carry caseloads of 60 or 70 learners, we allocate small caseloads so you can have a very individual service, ensuring a smooth unhurried but enjoyable course. We are usaully able to complete your induction and allocate you an Assessor within 3 weeks.We dont use agency staff, all our Assessors are First Care staff
