Course programme
Course Delivery:
You will complete one unit 'Being a Leader'. This unit is about the leadership skills of a leader who has first line management and leadership responsibility.
At the start of this course you will attend one induction day at Sketty Hall. After which you will receive:
- at least six hours 1:1 contact time with your assigned tutor
- ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.
Assessment is via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you.
