An exciting opportunity to be introduced to the art of flower making, using tricks of the millinery trade. You will learn about the basics of making beautiful handmade fabric flowers in this practical workshop.
Your experienced tutor will guide you through every step of the process with the aim that you will have completed between one or two flowers at the end of the workshop to use as a corsage or to attach to a hat. The course also includes demonstrations and examples of contemporary milliners’ styles to inspire your own creations.
This dynamic and enjoyable course is suitable for both beginners and those who have a basic understanding of design and who wish to develop their own ideas from 2D to 3D.
Includes morning coffee/tea and a complimentary lunch.

About this course
No previous knowledge or experience is required, only a passion to learn and develop within the subject. Basic sewing skills will be helpful but not essential.
