What Will I Learn

A range of topics will be covered during the course including Provide a counter and take away service, give customers a positive impression of self and organisation, serve food at the table, gain elementary food hygiene.

How Will I Learn

Units are assessed by your assessor who will observe the work. It is expected that this qualification should be completed over a two-year period.

Progression Opportunities

On successful completion students can progress to SVQ Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Level 3.
